Job summary

Acquinex, expanding its European underwriting platform within PIB Group, seeks talented professionals across Junior to Senior Underwriters for the French market. Join a collaborative, entrepreneurial team underwriting complex W&I, tax, title and contingent risk across cross-border M&A deals.

With flexible, hybrid working options across Continental Europe, you will develop your technical skills while contributing to Acquinex's European growth journey within PIB Group.

Qualifications

• Background in underwriting, M&A, corporate law, tax advisory, or related transactional risk.
• Experience analysing risk, drafting policy documentation, or managing deal processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess and structure a variety of transactional risks.
• Support the full underwriting process from submission to policy issuance.
• Build trusted relationships with brokers, advisors, and clients.
• Contribute to market development and underwriting strategy for the French market.
• Mentor or learn from others within a supportive, high-performing team.
