Responsibilities
  • Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and / or emails) per day
  • Qualify leads and manage a well-organized sales pipeline
  • Identify business needs and recommend suitable advertising solutions
  • Assist clients through onboarding and verification steps
  • Learn and apply regional onboarding procedures
  • Help businesses submit required documentation accurately
  • Escalate issues and feedback appropriately
  • Contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
  • C2 level of French and C1 level of English (both written and spoken)
  • At least 1,5 years of experience in similar fields: sales, recruiting, customer‑facing role
  • Familiarity with call center operations
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communicator in both written and spoken formats
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable using Google Docs / Sheets or Microsoft Office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business is a plus
  • Experience working in teams
  • General knowledge of home services industries

Offer

Full‑time (39 hours / week) hybrid position in Barcelona
Salary 22.785€ gross / year + up to € 2.734€ gross / year in bonus
