What You'll Do
  • Conduct follow-up and support calls with prospects who've shown interest in premium automotive products
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, courtesy, and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Identify customer concerns or hesitations, especially around pricing and product preferences
  • Summarize interactions in a clear format to support sales teams
  • Maintain continuity by managing both follow-up and offer-related calls with the same prospects
  • Ensure every interaction reflects the brands premium positioning and quality standards
What You Bring
  • Fluency in French and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent (background in business, communications, or automotive studies is a plus)
  • Experience in customer service or sales, ideally in the automotive or luxury sectors
  • Clear, confident communication skillsespecially with high-end clientele
  • Interest in the automotive industry and premium products
  • Professionalism and discretion when discussing pricing or commercial offers
  • Comfort with structured call scripts and post-call reporting
