Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a motivated sales professional to onboard clients and help them launch their first online advertising campaigns. You will partner with an assigned portfolio to achieve targets in a fast-paced onboarding team and improve campaign outcomes.

In this hybrid Barcelona role you will be responsible for understanding client needs, driving spend, and maintaining high satisfaction levels while working toward individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1-2 years of work experience in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and develop PPC campaigns for clients.
• Identify customer needs and objectives to tailor campaigns.
• Increase spend, upsell, and ensure sustainability.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.
