Amazon's Surface Transportation Operations team is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee daily freight movements into and out of EU fulfillment centers. You will manage service levels, drive KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the network.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and the ability to communicate complex analyses to internal and external stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, logistics or engineering.
• Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or transportation.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large programs.
• Experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives with automation/analysis.
• Experience with Excel and complex formulas, pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily freight movements and manage service levels across EU Fulfillment network.
• Pull data from multiple databases and perform ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Develop KPI metrics to drive business results and cost initiatives.
• Identify root causes of defects and drive efficiency in transportation operations.
• Communicate findings clearly to carriers, vendors, and internal teams; present weekly variances.
