VOK DAMS GROUP in Barcelona is seeking a motivated freelance architect with 3D design and VFX expertise to support our creative team. You will create visuals, models, and animations, collaborating with the creative director and account leader to meet design requirements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in 3D design or visual effects, strong knowledge of Blender/3ds Max/SketchUp/AutoCAD, and is based in Barcelona with fluency in Spanish and English.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Designer or VFX Artist.
• Proficient in Digital Sculpting, Procedural, Edge and Box modeling.
• Experience with Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and AutoCAD.
• Based in Barcelona; fluent in Spanish and English.
• Creative, highly motivated and able to work under pressure.

Currently we are looking for a motivated and ambitious freelance architect talent (m/f/d) to support our creative team in Barcelona.

Role and Responsibilities

• Creating visual elements, models, effects, and animations using 3D modeling, texturing, and other techniques
• Communicating with creative director and account leader to understand their design requirements
• Conceptualizing and developing design ideas
• Coordinating with graphic designers in creating realistic scenes for environment and elements
• Optimizing 3D arts and models to develop real-life objects
• Examining and troubleshooting any design issues
• Conducting in-depth research for upcoming projects

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Industrial/Product Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent
• 3+ years of work experience as a 3D Designer, Visual Effects Artist, or a similar position in the Design industry
• Complete knowledge of various 3D design techniques like Digital Sculpting, Procedural Modeling, Edge modeling, and Box/Subdivision Modeling
• Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as Blender, 3D Max Studio, Sketchup, and AutoCAD
• Based in Barcelona and fluent in Spanish and English
• Highly creative and artistic individual
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills
• A team player and having the ability to work independently and under pressure
• Having a keen eye for detail
