Formación

Tasks

• Patient screening - Offer top-tier customer service (no sales involved).
• You will assist the patients until they are successfully linked with the study site.

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (L1 speaker with a minimum of C2 level) and English (C1 minimum operational language).
• You completed an education or a degree in medicine or a medically related profession (not required but nice to have).
• You have experience with phone and email inquiries preferably in a call center.
• You have solid PC skills and IT affinity.
• You have a separate quiet home workspace and a reliable internet connection: Minimum 25 Mbit / s download and 5 Mbit / s upload DSL speed.
