10x Team is seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant to train AI systems with real-world IAM expertise. This freelance role is remote (EU/UK) and requires 8–20 hours per week on a project-based basis.

You will review AI outputs, contribute case studies, and provide structured feedback on access control, identity governance, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, SOX). Ideal candidates are based in the EU or UK with strong analytical skills.

Formación

• Experience in identity and access management
• Ability to provide structured feedback on IAM best practices
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to identity governance, access provisioning, and authentication frameworks
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven recommendations on access management, role-based access control, and compliance
• Develop real-world case studies and scenarios from your IAM experience
• Create scenario variations covering identity lifecycle management, regulatory requirements, and risk mitigation
• Identify and explain gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing structured, actionable feedback
• Influence how AI systems interpret IAM best practices and security standards
