A consultancy company is seeking a freelance HR Ops professional in Barcelona to manage payroll, HR administration, and social benefits. You will be responsible for payroll reporting, implementing HRIS full cycle management, and ensuring compliance with Spanish laws. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience and strong communication skills in Spanish and English. This multi-month role offers an opportunity to support a growing client in a dynamic environment.

Formación

  • At least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or a similar role.
  • Oral/written communication skills in both Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Generate monthly payroll reports and manage payroll changes.
  • Manage full cycle of HRIS (Lucca).
  • Collect data and propose new social benefits.
  • Collaborate with external prevention service on occupational risk.
  • Draft the equality plan and submit required documentation.
  • Contribute to planning and organization of social events.

Overview

Our client is seeking a freelance HR Ops focus on Payroll and HR Administration for a multi-month assignment to support its strong growth.


Responsibilities


  • Payroll Management: Monthly report generation with payroll changes (garnishments, salary modifications, bonuses...), communication of changes to the agency, receipt and review of payrolls, coordination with the finance team for the payment date, uploading pay slips to our HRIS. Will be responsible for payroll digitalization project in Spain.

  • HRIS full cycle management (Lucca)

  • Social Benefits: Data collection and proposals for the implementation of new social benefits, resolution of doubts, contact with suppliers to resolve cases and negotiation of annual prices.

  • Occupational Risk Prevention: responsible for the entire process together with the collaboration with the external prevention service regarding necessary documentation, evaluations among others.

  • Equality Plan: Analysis and diagnosis of workforce, drafting of the equality plan, submission and correction of documentation together with the team.

  • Events coordination: this person shall contribute on the planning and organization of celebrations and all other social events planned for Valencia office.


Profile Sought

You have at least 4 years of experience as an HR Ops or a similar role.
