Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is seeking a hands-on Freelance / Contractor Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate CamelBak's marketing activities across Europe. Based in Barcelona, the role offers flexible organisation and requires proximity to the team for regular in-person collaboration.

The role focuses on turning CamelBak's global brand plans into timely execution across European markets, including campaigns, launches, events, content, retail and distributor marketing.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with outdoor, cycling, running, sports or lifestyle brands.
• Track record with events, activations and integrated campaigns.
• Registered as self-employed (autónomo) or operating through your own company.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the execution of European launches and campaigns with internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate with regional PR agencies, media and creators; propose local content ideas; coordinate photo and video productions when needed.
• Plan and coordinate CamelBak's presence at agreed European events; coordinate suppliers, logistics, branding, sampling and on-site execution.
• Produce and coordinate European content for social and digital channels; provide campaign assets for E-commerce; coordinate marketing programs with retailers, dealers and distributors.
• Share assets and guidelines; work with the European Marketing team in Barcelona to align priorities; ensure CamelBak is integrated into the wider European marketing organization.

Revelyst – Adventure Sports Group Europe is a fast-growing action sports company that prides itself on attracting passionate and talented individuals. We are looking for a hands-on Freelance / Contractor Marketing Coordinator to support and coordinate CamelBak's marketing activities across Europe.

Based in Barcelona, the role will work closely with the European Marketing team, making regular in-person collaboration an important part of the project. The position is freelance and offers flexibility in how the work is organised, while requiring the professional to be based in or around Barcelona to stay closely connected with the team and support European initiatives.

The aim of the role is to turn CamelBak's global brand plans into clear, on-time execution across European markets, including campaigns, launches, events, content, retail and distributor marketing.

The main tasks of the position are:

Go-to-Market

• Coordinate the execution of European launches and campaigns with internal teams and external partners

PR & Content

• Coordinate with regional PR agencies, media and creators
• Propose local content ideas
• Coordinate photo and video productions when needed

Events & Activations

• Plan and coordinate CamelBak's presence at agreed European events
• Coordinate suppliers, logistics, branding, sampling and on-site execution

Digital & Social

• Produce and coordinate European content for social and digital channels
• Provide campaign assets for E-commerce
• Coordinate marketing programs with key retailers, dealers and distributors
• Share assets and guidelines
• Work regularly with the European Marketing team in Barcelona to align priorities
• Ensure CamelBak is fully integrated into the wider European marketing organization

Specific deliverables and priorities will be agreed in a project plan and reviewed periodically.

Position requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with outdoor, cycling, running, sports or lifestyle brands
• Track record with events, activations and integrated campaigns
• Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media
• Experience across European markets or with distributors is a plus
• Other European languages are a plus
• Registered as self-employed (autónomo) or operating through your own company

Competences

• Comfortable handling multiple suppliers and deadlines
• Ability to coordinate projects from start to finish
• Strong collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience in outdoor, cycling, running, sports or lifestyle brands
• Experience across European markets or with distributors
• Additional European languages
