Formación

• 6-8+ years of experience in fraud operations or payments risk.
• Proven track record in a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce.
• Experience owning operational KPIs and translating data into decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Fraud Specialists.
• Own the Fraud Operations roadmap and objectives.
• Design and formalise investigation standards and workflows.
