Your role and work environment :

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Fraud Investigator to join our Spanish fraud team

Fraudsters are active in a more digital and global world therefore the modus operandi become more complex aided by new technologies such as GenAI

The world is changing at an ever-increasing pace fraud is emerging in all services creating vulnerability and disrupting lives. We must continue to challenge ourselves as our customers anticipate that ING is both safe and secure.

We work together to develop effective efficient and reliable solutions and provide capabilities oversight and support to our colleagues to fight fraud.

We contribute to building a safe society in a way that is intuitive and reliable creating awareness and vigilance to support the financial health of our customers so that we can confidently say : do your thing!

Your key responsibilities :

• Analyze daily fraud cases detected by our alert handling team or reported by our clients
• Use our fraud detection tools to prevent fraud
• Collaborate with fraud experts of our global fraud community to solve complex cases and share modus operandi.
• Collaborate with our fraud teams in the hubs to ensure timely detection and prevention of fraud cases
• Collaborate with our contact center & branches agents to guide them on security protocols and fraud prevention processes & methodologies
• Be an enabler for the bank in resolving incidents and queries regarding fraud.
• Participate in fraud forums and associations

Como Fraud Investigator deberás :

• Analizar los casos de fraude diarios detectados por nuestro equipo de gestión de alertas o reportados por nuestros clientes.
• Utilizar nuestras herramientas de detección de fraude para prevenirlo.
• Colaborar con expertas en fraude de nuestra comunidad global para resolver casos complejos y compartir modus operandi.
• Colaborar con nuestros equipos de fraude en los hubs para asegurar la detección y prevención oportuna de casos de fraude.
• Colaborar con agentes de nuestro contact center y sucursales para guiarles en protocolos de seguridad y procesos y metodologías de prevención de fraude.
• Ser facilitadora para el banco en la resolución de incidentes y consultas relacionadas con el fraude.
• Participar en foros y asociaciones sobre fraude.
