Kleinanzeigen, part of Adevinta, seeks a technical fraud analyst in Barcelona to safeguard its high‑traffic marketplace. You will bridge data, product, and engineering to identify fraud patterns, respond to credential stuffing, and influence product roadmaps toward stronger defenses.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, Python-based automation, and collaboration with stakeholders to reduce risk and improve user trust. Hybrid work is offered in Barcelona, Spain.

Formación

• 4+ years in fraud analytics, trust & safety, or similar technical role in a marketplace or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, Python).
• Familiarity with bot detection, credential stuffing, and other common C2C fraud patterns.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze fraud patterns using marketplace and behavioral data to uncover attack vectors and gaps.
• Monitor credential stuffing attacks, signaling from logins, IPs, and device fingerprinting.
• Design and implement technical fraud rules and tools with engineering to align prevention efforts.
• Contribute to strategic fraud prevention roadmap with automation opportunities.
• Support incident response and post-mortems for major fraud events and feed learnings into product and policy.
• Stay current on industry fraud trends and tools to stay ahead of attacks.
