Formación

• 6-8+ years of experience in fraud operations, payments risk, or financial crime.
• Proven track record leading fraud or risk operations in a marketplace, fintech, or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning models in fraud detection.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Fraud Specialists, coaching and managing performance.
• Own the Fraud Operations roadmap aligning its objectives with business goals.
• Define and track Fraud Ops KPIs for continuous improvement.
