Aircall, a unicorn AI-powered customer communications platform, seeks a Senior Product Designer to become the founding designer. You will own the end-to-end product experience, shape design quality, and lead the design voice for thousands of salespeople using AI daily.

You will partner with leadership and engineers to craft a pragmatic design system in Figma and translate AI vision into intuitive interfaces while moving fast and keeping craft high.

Formación

• 5+ years of senior product design experience in B2B/SaaS or AI products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI mastery and pattern knowledge.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design-system thinking.
• Comfort designing for ambiguity with data-heavy workflows.
• Attention to interaction detail and information hierarchy.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end product design experience from discovery to high-fidelity execution.
• Audit and improve legacy UI while moving fast and maintaining quality.
• Design upcoming AI-enabled interfaces and pragmatic design systems in Figma.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers (NextJS, Tailwind) to ensure fidelity.
• Stay close to users, gather feedback from calls and data, and push back when needed.
• Partner with leadership to challenge conventional approaches and trade-offs.
