Senior Product Designer – Aircall

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join Aircall as a founding designer in our New Product Unit focused on autonomous sales.

The Role

In this unique role you will act as the founding designer, owning the product experience end-to-end, setting the quality bar, and making decisions that shape how thousands of sales people interact with AI every day. You will improve existing work, fix legacy visual debt, and design the future of AI in voice and communication—all while deciding which trade‑offs to ship.

This is a senior, self‑directed position that requires deep knowledge of UI and UX design systems, experience with complex B2B/SaaS products, and the ability to move fast without sacrificing craft.

What You’ll Do

In this role you will own product design end-to-end—from discovery to interaction design, high‑fidelity UI, and the design system that holds it all together.

Design & Craft

• Own the experience: Drive the end‑to‑end product experience—flows, interaction design, and high‑fidelity UI—for a complex AI product used daily by sales teams.
• Fix the legacy: Audit and systematically improve the experience and visual debt accumulated while moving fast, raising quality without halting momentum.
• Design what's next: Translate the agentic, AI‑native vision into concrete, usable interfaces—making novel AI interactions feel obvious and trustworthy.
• Design system: Build and evolve a pragmatic, scalable design system in Figma that lets us ship consistently and fast.
• AI‑augmented workflow: Make AI a core part of your daily craft—design and prototype faster, brainstorm and explore more directions, and accelerate everyday work.

Discovery & Partnership

• Stay close to the client: Talk to users, sit in on calls, dig into product data, and surface the real problems worth solving—independently or alongside the team.
• Partner and challenge: Work hand‑in‑hand with the tech team and product founder; bring strong, well‑reasoned opinions and the willingness to push back and explore alternatives together.
• Make trade‑offs: Decide what to ship now versus later, what is worth the craft, and what is good enough—then communicate those decisions clearly.
• Work with engineering: Collaborate tightly with frontend engineers (NextJS, Tailwind) to ensure shipping matches intent and feels right in the hands of users.

What We're Looking For

Core Design

• 5+ years of senior product design experience, ideally shipping complex B2B/SaaS or AI products.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates mastery of UX and UI—good practices, patterns, and when to break them.
• Fluency in Figma and modern design‑system thinking.
• Comfort designing for ambiguity: novel AI interactions, data‑heavy workflows, and products that change weekly.
• Strong sense of interaction detail, visual craft, and information hierarchy.

Mindset

• You are fast. You ship, iterate, learn rather than polish in a vacuum.
• You are extremely accountable—own outcomes, not just deliverables.
• You think like a founder: make trade‑offs, prioritize ruthlessly, and move.

International Environment

• Communication skills are a must—you sync constantly with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Business.
• Fluency in English is required, and Spanish is a plus.

Tools & Stack

• Design: Figma, modern design systems.
• Frontend (partnered with): NextJS, Tailwind.
• Product: AI‑native, agentic workflows for revenue teams.

Compensation

€60,000 - €80,000 annual gross. This base range excludes a quarterly bonus and other benefits. The actual salary offered will consider skills, location, qualifications, and experience.
