Kyndryl in Madrid is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery for complex AI engagements and translate business challenges into technical solutions. You’ll lead design and deployment, acting as a trusted technical partner to customers with autonomy and deep domain expertise.

You will work across AI/ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and multi-agent systems, accelerating learning, ensuring reliability, and delivering measurable business impact for client projects.

Formación

• Required degree in computer science, informatics, data science, or engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end AI solutions for complex business problems.
• Strong software engineering practices and ability to bridge technical and business value.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers to translate business challenges into high-quality AI solutions and ensure successful deployment.
• Build and iterate custom AI solutions tailored to customer needs using relevant frameworks.
• Own delivery end-to-end from scoping to production with measurable outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Document learnings and contribute to Kyndryl platform improvements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with tech trends.
• Contribute to platform evolution through feedback and collaboration with product teams.
