Codeway is seeking a Flutter Developer to join our mobile engineering team in Barcelona, building high-quality B2C apps used by hundreds of millions globally. This role suits someone already working with Flutter or a strong mobile development pro at the start of their career, with ambition to grow quickly in a scalable consumer app environment.

Formación

1–4 years of professional Flutter development or a Master’s degree in Mobile Application Development.
Strong understanding of mobile development principles for iOS and Android.
Experience building, maintaining, and improving mobile applications.
Good business-level English and ability to explain AI tool usage in workflow.

Responsabilidades

Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter.
Build smooth, reliable, and scalable user experiences for high-traffic B2C apps.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and backend engineers to ship features.
Contribute to mobile architecture, code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Use analytics, testing, and experimentation to understand user behavior and improve products.
Ensure app quality through debugging, testing, and performance optimization.
Work with AI coding tools to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
