What you'll be doing
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective Flemish-speaking clients, making strong first impressions.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and grow an existing client portfolio.
  • Guide businesses through adoption of cloud solutions, acting as a trusted advisor in collaboration with internal specialists.
  • Work closely with partner managers and solution teams to maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Capture customer feedback and present it proactively as the voice of the customer.
  • Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring clear, timely reporting.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team growth.
What we're looking for
  • Fluent Flemish (C1+) and strong English (B2+).
  • 1-2 years experience in IT sales, account management or customer management, with a track record of results.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and comfortable with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bonus: experience working with cloud services such as Azure, Office 365 or Dynamics 365; Microsoft Fundamentals certification is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator and confident building relationships.
  • EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain is mandatory.
