Work Schedule: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Lifecycle Manager to join our team in Valencia. As a key point of contact for our Flemish‑speaking clients, you will oversee the entire customer journey, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty from onboarding through retention. Your role is pivotal in driving long‑term relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customer lifecycle process, including onboarding, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Act as the primary contact for Flemish‑speaking clients, providing tailored support and addressing inquiries or issues.
  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to maximize satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Product) to align on customer needs and provide seamless solutions.
  • Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to processes and services.
  • Handle escalations with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes using CRM tools.
Qualifications
  • Native‑level proficiency in Flemish and fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in customer lifecycle management, account management, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
