LA MAISON JACQUEMUS is seeking a Stock Associate to ensure the smooth flow of products from delivery to sales floor at our Madrid location. You will keep stockrooms organized and reliable daily, coordinating with the HQ team in Paris under the Manager's supervision.

Responsibilities include managing product flow, organizing inventories, and supporting packaging restocking to back commercial actions and VM. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and team oriented with strong problem-solving

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Stock Associate is responsible for the smooth flow of products in the corner, from delivery to sales floor. This role is key to ensuring sales teams always have the right product at the right time, and that the stockroom remains organized and reliable on a daily basis.

The Stock Associate collaborates closely with HQ team in Paris, overseen by the Manager.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Product Flow Management

• Manage the full product flow from intake to output: unpacking deliveries, tracking receptions and returns, and organizing the stockroom
• Maintain and optimize the storage area to keep daily operations running smoothly

Stock Reliability

• Take part in organizing and following up on inventories
• Analyze stock discrepancies and help investigate missing products

Operational Support

• Manage the restocking of packaging
• Ensure stock availability to support commercial actions and Visual Merchandising

Business Contribution

• Stay closely aligned with the boutique’s sales objectives and proactively contribute to achieving them
