Job summary

TUI Group is seeking energetic fitness professionals in Spain for the Summer 2027 season to deliver a varied programme of group fitness and wellbeing sessions across our hotels.

You'll adapt sessions for guests, ensure safety, build rapport, and collaborate with hotel teams. Accommodation, meals, uniform, and training are provided. Fluent English is required; other languages are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied programme of group fitness, sports, pool-based and wellbeing sessions such as Aqua, Yoga, Pilates and Functional Training.
• Adapt sessions to guests' needs, abilities and experience levels to create an inclusive environment.
• Carry out safety checks, follow procedures and health and safety rules.
• Build positive relationships with guests, promote the programme and encourage participation.
• Look after activity areas and equipment and support inventories.
• Collaborate with hotel teams and promote paid experiences where qualified.

Job description

This position is for candidates who are Spanish citizens or have all necessary documentation to live and work in Spain for the Summer 2027 season.

We have a variety of hotels in different locations and will provide accommodation if you need to relocate.

• Work with your colleagues and other hotel teams and promote paid experiences such as Aerial Yoga where qualified and required.

• You have a positive, flexible and energetic approach and a genuine passion for fitness, wellbeing and guest experience.
• You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to motivate groups and build rapport.
• You're committed to safety and professional standards, and you're proactive, collaborative and adaptable.
• You speak fluent English to deliver your sessions to an international audience. Additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory.
