Job summary

TUI seeks energetic fitness facilitators for the Summer 2027 season to deliver group fitness, water-based and wellbeing sessions at hotels in Spain. You’ll adapt activities for guests of all levels, ensure safe delivery, and promote engagement across the resort.

Qualifications

• Spanish citizenship or work eligibility in Spain required.
• Fluent English or strong English communication for an international audience.
• Willingness to relocate to locations where meals and accommodation are provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a varied programme of group fitness, sports, pool-based and wellbeing sessions such as Aqua, Yoga, Pilates and Functional Training.
• Create an inclusive environment by adapting sessions to guests’ needs, abilities and experience levels.
• Ensure safe delivery with checks, risk assessments and health and safety adherence.
• Build positive relationships with guests and promote paid experiences where appropriate.
• Oversee activity areas and equipment and assist with inventories.
• Collaborate with hotel teams and promote sessions to guests.

Job description

This position is for candidates who are Spanish citizens or have all necessary documentation to live and work in Spain for the Summer 2027 season.
We have a variety of hotels in different locations and will provide accommodation if you need to relocate.

• Take responsibility for safe delivery, completing the required checks and following procedures, risk assessments and health and safety rules.
• Build positive relationships with guests, promote the programme and encourage participation across the hotel.
• Look after activity areas and equipment and support accurate inventories.
• Work with your colleagues and other hotel teams and promote paid experiences such as Aerial Yoga where qualified and required.

About You

• You have a positive, flexible and energetic approach and a genuine passion for fitness, wellbeing and guest experience.
• You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to motivate groups and build rapport.
• You’re committed to safety and professional standards, and you’re proactive, collaborative and adaptable.
• You speak fluent English to deliver your sessions to an international audience. Additional languages are beneficial but not mandatory.
