In Spain we are a Global Service Desk. We tailor IT related knowledge and services, and assist every employee and business partners of our customers as an individual, by finding practical solutions to their IT problems.

We are looking for an English‑speaking First Line Analyst, to join our team at Computacenter in Spain.

Your daily tasks will be:
  • Answering and support queries via tools, phone, chat and email
  • Keeping daily contact with our users contacting us from all over the world
  • Resolving IT issues of our partners to facilitate their office work
  • Documentation and logging of calls on the ticketing tool
  • Delegation of complex problems to the competent teams
  • Maintaining and improving customer satisfaction level
  • Communication with your direct team members and different departments

  • Work from home 80% of the time - 4 days/month on‑site
  • Shifts Rotation between 13:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday (one hour less on Friday)
