This is a full-time, permanent position based directly on site in northern Mallorca, designed for skilled professionals who value craftsmanship, job stability, and a structured working routine.

As a first-class tradesperson, you will carry out a broad spectrum of structural and finishing masonry works across ongoing building projects. Your main daily responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out general masonry and bricklaying work, including wall construction and brick laying.
• Accurately reading, interpreting, and executing architectural drawings and instructions provided by the site manager.
• Operating and handling standard masonry hand tools and site equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Ensuring all construction steps comply with safety protocols, structural guidelines, and quality standards on site.

To be considered for one of these two positions, you need proven hands-on trade experience in the building sector. The requirements for this role are:

• A minimum of 24 months of professional experience in masonry or stonework as a first-class bricklayer.
• Demonstrated competence in interpreting structural plans and implementing building instructions reliably.
