AECOM Spain Building Services Engineering team is seeking a Fire & Risk Engineer to support the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects across diverse sectors. You will develop and review fire protection designs, perform risk assessments, review submittals, and coordinate with design teams to ensure code compliance and performance-based methods.

Fluency in English is required, along with a bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering or closely related discipline;
• Fluent in English (verbal and written);
• Minimum 3 years related Fire Protection Design Engineering experience.
• Experience with international and local codes/standards (NFPA, IFC/IBC, EN/BS, FM Data Sheets);

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review fire protection designs across project phases.
• Perform fire risk assessments and support fire engineering studies.
• Review contractor and vendor submissions for compliance with codes and project specs.
• Design and review fire protection systems (passive/active) and detection systems.
• Coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
