Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Business System Analyst (Tax & Customers) in Spain to translate business needs into clear technical requirements. You will work with product, engineering, and finance to shape merchant-facing tax features across US, Canada, and Europe.

You will own requirements, API analysis, data flow mapping, and documentation, contributing to scalable integrations and a path toward Product Management. Mentorship is provided in a growing fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years as Business/Product/System Analyst in a product-led company.
• Experience collaborating with engineering and third-party API integrations.
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data flows, and system interactions.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation, including user stories.
• Familiar with Jira, Confluence, diagramming tools, and basic SQL.
• SDLC and Agile methodologies; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Translate ideas into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Analyze APIs, document integration requirements and system interactions.
• Map data flows and support scalable architectures and integrations.
• Collaborate with PMs and engineers on merchant-facing features including tax workflows.
• Clarify complex requirements and identify edge cases before development.
• Ensure alignment with engineering, product, and finance on outcomes.
• Maintain structured documentation of requirements and behavior.
• Contribute to product discovery and improve processes.
