EWOR is building a new department and seeks exceptional operators and builders to join. You will translate strategic vision into executable roadmaps and lead core 0-to-1 initiatives in Fintech, driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate/remote arrangements, you will own end-to-end delivery with strong communication skills in English, joining an elite team focused on high-impact tech ventures.

Formación

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate/remote arrangements.
• Demonstrated domain expertise and drive to own end-to-end initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate high-level strategic vision into concrete execution roadmaps.
• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in cutting-edge domains such as Fintech.
• Architect scalable solutions and drive milestones to position the department for rapid growth.
