EWOR GmbH is launching cutting-edge new initiatives and is seeking exceptional operators and builders to join our new department. You will lead core 0-to-1 projects in fintech, translating strategic vision into actionable roadmaps and driving rapid implementation from prototype to production.

Formación

• Based in Europe or the Americas or willing to relocate/remote arrangements.
• High-agency builder mindset with drive for extreme end-to-end ownership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and execute core 0-to-1 initiatives in fintech.
• Translate high-level strategy into concrete execution roadmaps and drive rapid production.
• Architect scalable solutions and milestones to position the department for rapid growth or spin-off.
