Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in client onboarding or customer success in fintech.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.
• Experience with regulated onboarding processes.

• Guide clients through KYC / AML documentation and account setup.
• Support continuous improvement of onboarding workflows.
