Powens Group, headquartered in Barcelona, is seeking a Business Development Internship to join our sales team in Spain. You will identify decision makers, engage prospects via cold calls, emails, social networks and events, and manage inbound leads to create new opportunities.

You will qualify pain points, build initial enthusiasm for our fintech products, and nurture a growing base of prospects while collaborating with marketing on lead-generation campaigns.

Formación

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a university or business school.
• Some experience in B-to-B prospecting (e.g. cold calling/cold emailing).
• Appetence for the tech environment, particularly for fintechs.
• Bilingual Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Identify the relevant decision makers/contact persons in the targeted companies (Chief Data Officer, Head of Products, ...).
• Create sales opportunities (mainly in Spain) by engaging prospects (cold calling, cold emailing, social networks, events) and managing inbound and trade show leads.
• Qualify the "pain points" and needs of prospects, generate a first level of enthusiasm for our products.
• Nurture a base of prospects to promote evangelization and project maturation.
• Work with the marketing team to create and improve lead generation campaigns.
