Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Finnish Speaking Zalando Customer Expert to join our team in Greece. You will assist Finnish-speaking customers in a high-end online fashion environment, handling inquiries, orders, and returns with a premium service mindset.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Finnish (spoken and written) mandatory.
• Valid EU passport to work within the EU.
• Experience in customer service or the retail industry is a strong advantage.

• A proactive, problem-solving attitude for remote or office-based work in Greece.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary contact for Finnish-speaking Zalando customers.
• Process orders, track shipments and handle returns.
• Provide fashion and sizing advice to customers.
• Resolve complaints or delivery issues promptly to maintain brand standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain logs and reports of customer interactions to support improvements.
• Stay updated on seasonal trends and promotions for accurate information.
