A global energy technology company seeks a Financial Trainee in Zamudio, Spain, to assist with daily accounting operations and ensure financial compliance. Join our accounting team and take charge of daily operations, from managing reconciliations to preparing journal entries. You’ll ensure every financial detail is accurate, timely, and fully compliant with regulations. How You’ll Make an Impact
  • You ensure the integrity and high quality of our books and records, supporting best-practice financial reporting for both internal and external needs.
  • You adhere to international and domestic compliance standards in all accounting practices and processes.
  • You review, own, and validate financial statements before reporting, ensuring accuracy and confidence.
  • You complete monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting for all stakeholders, always meeting scheduled timelines.
What You Bring
  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or accounting.
  • You have excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
  • You have advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • For this role, a degree in a relevant field and strong accounting software skills are essential.

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, and additional language skills, would be helpful but are not required. This position does not require travel.
