We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company’s financial strategy and operations as we scale globally and build the foundation for future growth.
This is a hands‑on, strategic leadership role for a finance professional who thrives on bringing structure, visibility, and discipline to a fast‑growing entrepreneurial environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will ensure financial excellence across planning, control, reporting, and cash management, and help prepare the company for its next phase of expansion, investment, and potential M&A opportunities.
Solid background in finance, FP&A, and control, ideally within B2B events, media, or services.
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, comfortable translating data into decisions.
Exposure to corporate development, M&A, or investor relations.
Fluent in English
Lead financial strategy, planning, and budgeting across all business lines.
Build accurate forecasts, event P&Ls, and dashboards for performance tracking.
Oversee accounting, tax, and compliance, managing external providers.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and sponsor collections.
Ensure audit‑ready books and support investment or partnership readiness.
Contribute to M&A and corporate development initiatives, including modelling and due diligence.
Partner with the Co‑CEOs on expansion and scenario planning.
