ING BANK NV SUCURSAL EN ESPAÑA is seeking a Financial Crime Prevention Analyst for a temporary role in Madrid. You will ensure all customer due diligence measures are met during onboarding and other CDD events.

Financial Crime Prevention Analyst – Temporary

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Financial Crime Prevention Analyst to join our Financial Crime Prevention Ops Team within the Financial Crime Prevention Tribe. The team ensures all customer due diligence (CDD) measures are met during onboarding, CDD review and other CDD events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on new and existing customers to ensure completeness and consistency of customer knowledge.
  • Design, establish and oversee an effective monitoring framework to ensure correct process performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights that drive decision‑making.
  • Positively contribute to the achievement of departmental goals, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role with demonstrated expertise in projects, monitoring, and reporting along with CDD knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of customer due diligence regulation and practices (KYC‑CDD).
  • University degree.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels; excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data fluency, particularly with Excel and SQL; experience with BI applications highly valued.
  • Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, able to tackle complex issues.
  • Robust planning, organisational, prioritisation and time‑management skills; resilience and adaptability to address arising needs.
  • Results orientation with a “can‑do” attitude, focus on achieving goals, managing complexity and thriving in dynamic environments.
