Descripción de la vacante

Plexus Tech busca un Analista DLP para fortalecer la cultura de riesgos y la detección de amenazas internas. Con más de 20 oficinas y presencia global, la empresa ofrece un entorno dinámico y enfocado en la calidad.

El candidato ideal deberá identificar, evaluar y mitigar riesgos, manteniendo la confidencialidad y cumpliendo normativas. Se valorará experiencia en cumplimiento de delitos financieros, gestión de riesgos y herramientas como ServiceNow, además de un nivel de inglés C1.

Formación

  • 3+ years in risk management, insider threat, financial crime compliance, cybersecurity operations, or related fields.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrable experience using ServiceNow, including responding to tickets and running basic reports.
  • Excellent understanding of risk-management practices, processes, and techniques.
  • Understanding of DLP (Data Loss Prevention) functionalities, including policy monitoring, incident response, and analysis.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when interacting with other areas of the company.

Responsabilidades

  • Promote and encourage strong risk culture and behaviours across the organisation, aligned with I AM Risk principles.
  • Identify, assess, manage, and report risks, taking personal responsibility for acting ethically and in compliance with regulatory requirements, frameworks, and internal policies.
  • Progress actions to minimise or mitigate identified risks, including conduct and operational risks.
  • Maintain awareness of regulatory changes and incorporate them into daily activities and risk processes.
  • Support the bank in meeting its business, legal, regulatory, and stakeholder obligations related to Financial Crime Compliance.
  • Research industry best practices and contribute to the design and implementation of products and processes that protect the company from insider threats.
  • Develop meaningful metrics to measure the effectiveness of insider‑threat controls and initiatives.
  • Contribute positively to continuous improvement efforts within the insider‑threat domain.

What are we looking for? A DLP Analyst to support the organisation in strengthening its risk culture, enhancing insider‑threat capabilities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and financial‑crime obligations. The ideal candidate will proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help shape processes that protect the bank from internal threats.

Key Responsibilities

Mandatory Requirements
  • 3+ years in risk management, insider threat, financial crime compliance, cybersecurity operations, or related fields.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Demonstrable experience using ServiceNow, including responding to tickets and running basic reports.
  • Excellent understanding of risk‑management practices, processes, and techniques.

Nice‑to‑Have Knowledge
  • Exposure to cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Exposure to cybersecurity platforms such as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender, and Netskope.
  • Knowledge of Data Protection regulations (GDPR), PCI standards, and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
