We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Operantions controller - to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.
Responsibilities
Budget planning (IT cost area).
Controlling and internal / group reporting.
Preparation of
business cases (BC) , savings proposals, and benefits tracking.
Support for audit processes, internal control, and risk management.
Development of
management dashboards (CM) .
Technical Skills
STEM profile
with experience in Controlling.
High level of English, spoken and written.
Advanced office productivity tools, mainly
Excel .
Basic knowledge of
SAP FI .
Nice to have : Experience building
CM (management dashboards)
and using reporting tools (e.g.,
Power BI ).
Knowledge of
SAP IP (Integrated Planning)
and
SAP MM .
Experience in
Project Portfolio
management /
Jira .
Experience in a
multinational
environment and in the
insurance or banking
sector.
