Responsibilities

• Установление клиентских прайс-листов.

• Урегулирование претензий перевозчика с точностью и в сроки.

• Manage the complete monthly billing cycle: pre-billing, adjustments and closing.
• Review and analyze discrepancies to ensure all services are billed correctly.
• Resolve billing incidents and claims in a sustainable and documented manner.
• Client pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success and Tech teams to ensure an accurate flow of information.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to automate, standardize and optimize processes.
• Keep internal procedures and documentation related to billing and financial processes up to date.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Manage the settlement of carrier claims, ensuring accuracy and appropriate timelines.
