Super is seeking a Project Portfolio Manager (Finance) to oversee the Finance portfolio, align projects with strategic goals, and optimise resources across Europe and Latin America. The role combines portfolio governance with hands-on project management, business analysis, and change management to deliver value for internal customers.

You will evaluate proposals, manage risks, report KPIs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree-level education, ideally with a Big 4 background.
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in finance or finance projects.
• Hands-on project management and/or finance transformation experience.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and select projects aligned with strategic goals, maximise business value.
• Optimise resources and address bottlenecks with project managers.
• Track portfolio KPIs, report on portfolio health and risks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate portfolio risks; develop contingencies.
• Prioritise projects by value, urgency, and resources; decide on de-prioritisation.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across departments and leadership.
• Communicate portfolio status to senior stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Lead hands-on project management for process re-engineering and transformation initiatives.
• Provide business analysis to define requirements for transformation.
• Lead change management to support transformation and adoption.
