Roche is seeking a Finance Excellence Partner (FxP) to transform finance into a more efficient, connected function. You will drive planning, automation, and data-powered decision making across regional and global teams, while collaborating with commercial finance and other functions.

You will lead end-to-end cost center planning, support month-end close processes, and enable standardization with automation. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, and SAP expertise is a strong plus.

Formación

• 5 years of working experience in multinational companies and/or audit.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Demonstrated knowledge of key financial processes and accounting principles.
• Strong SAP experience in FI, CO, MM, COPA is a plus.
• English and Spanish written and spoken are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Support the preparation and submission of the budget and the three-year business plan for the Legal Entity in close collaboration with the commercial finance team and global partners.
• Contribute to simplifying, standardizing, and automating planning and reporting processes.
• Analyze deviations vs budget and investigate P&L line items and expenses by nature.
• Own end-to-end cost center planning and master data management.
• Drive automation and digitalization of recurring finance routines and support regional/global queries.
