Accenture in Spain seeks a Finance Transformation Analyst/Consultant (Risk CFO) to join our Financial Services practice in Bilbao, Barcelona or Madrid. You will help design, optimize and implement business processes across budgeting, forecasting, expense management and data governance, partnering with finance, risk and technology teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, 2+ years in finance transformation, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
• 2+ years in BPM, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Transformation, FP&A, or related.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation.
• Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk and technology stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement business processes aligned with customer requirements and objectives.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop future-state process designs using established methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements sessions with stakeholders.
• Support large-scale transformation initiatives across finance and risk functions.
• Assist in data governance and regulatory compliance.
