Accenture in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Transformation Analyst/Consultant to help leading financial institutions transform their operating models. You will partner with business, finance, risk, and tech teams to design, optimize, and implement processes for budgeting, forecasting, governance, and reporting.

You will contribute to end-to-end finance transformations and data governance initiatives that improve transparency and efficiency.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Process Design, Finance Transformation, CFO Advisory, Risk Transformation, FP&A, Data Governance.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, expense management, cost allocation, or management reporting.
• Experience collaborating with business, finance, risk, and technology stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design and Data Governance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience mapping and optimizing end-to-end business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable process solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Design, optimize, and implement finance and risk processes for clients.
• Partner with business, finance, risk, and tech teams across projects.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to capture requirements and drive alignment.
• Support end-to-end finance transformations and data governance initiatives.
• Contribute to expense management, cost allocation, and governance improvements.
• Embed governance into process design with compliance and risk considerations.
• Drive change interventions and support training and transition activities.
