Capgemini Invent in Barcelona is seeking a Finance Transformation professional to lead operating model definition and transformation initiatives across industries. You will work on case-for-change development, business cases, and implement financial operating models leveraging ERP solutions and AI-driven analytics.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in finance transformation, knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, and experience with Lean/Six Sigma and Agile methods.

Formación

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, CFA, ACCA, or PMP preferred but not mandatory.
3–5 years of experience in finance transformation or financial consulting.
Knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial controls.
Experience with finance transformation frameworks (Lean Finance, Six Sigma, Agile).
Knowledge of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, MS Dynamics).
English fluency (C1 preferred).

Responsabilidades

Support the transformation of the Finance department and operating models.
Develop a business case covering people, process, technology, and data.
Design and implement financial operating models using ERP/AI tools.
Assess new technologies and their impact on finance.
Optimize end-to-end processes (P2P, R2R, O2C) with automation and analytics.
Support management reporting design and financial forecasting concepts.
Guide clients through finance modernization, data governance, and reporting enhancements.
