Greenvolt is seeking a Finance Trainee (Trade & Supply Chain Finance) to join the Finance team in Madrid. You will assist across multiple geographies, support issuance of trade finance instruments, and coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, the ability to work under pressure, and effective collaboration with multiple teams. Spanish and English are required, with a third language a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Trade & Supply Chain Finance activities across multiple geographies.
• Assist in the issuance and management of bank guarantees, sureties and other trade finance instruments.
• Coordinate with banks and internal stakeholders regarding trade finance operations.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting related to guarantees and trade finance transactions.
• Monitor outstanding guarantees and support renewal, amendment and cancellation processes.
• Support working capital and supplier financing initiatives.
• Prepare analyses and reports to support decision-making within Trade & Supply Chain Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Trade & Supply Chain Finance activities across multiple geographies;
• Assist in the issuance and management of bank guarantees, sureties and other trade finance instruments;
• Support the coordination with banks and internal stakeholders regarding trade finance operations;
• Maintain accurate records, documentation and reporting related to guarantees and trade finance transactions;
• Assist in monitoring outstanding guarantees and supporting renewal, amendment and cancellation processes;
• Support working capital and supplier financing initiatives;
• Prepare analyses and reports to support decision-making within Trade & Supply Chain Finance.

• Languages (Spanish and English, a third language is a plus);
• Previous relevant internship experience is a plus;
• Microcomputing skills (esp. Excel and Powerpoint);
• Ability to work under pressure/meet deadlines;
• Ability to work with multiple teams.
