METT Barcelona is seeking a Finance Trainee to support the Finance and Accounting department, ensuring accurate records, smooth processes and detailed reporting. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple areas of hotel finance and supports the team in daily financial tasks.

You will strengthen numerical and analytical skills, gain exposure to month-end activities, and learn to use Excel and other finance tools within a luxury hospitality setting. Fluency in English is required.

Your mission:

As a Finance Trainee, your mission is to support the Finance and Accounting department by ensuring accurate financial records, smooth processes, and detailed reporting. You will work closely with the finance team to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of hotel finance.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines. Proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn. Proficient in Excel and comfortable with finance-related digital tools.
• Languages: Fluent English is required;
• Other: Passion for hospitality and teamwork. Previous finance experience or internships are a plus but not mandatory.
