NBCUniversal in Madrid is seeking a Finance/Accounting professional to support month-end processes, manage vendor and customer accounts, and assist with AP/AR activities. You will collaborate with local teams, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help maintain SAP-based financial controls while delivering timely insights to stakeholders.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required in this dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Studies must have been completed within the last 3 years.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Good track record as a team player.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with different departments locally (Marketing and Sales) to keep track of P&A budget and actual expenses
• Collaboration in the reporting to HO, running reports and analysing the data with SAP software
• Assist with month-end/quarter-end processes
• Review of expense reports using the tool CONCUR
• Supervision of invoices accounting
• Follow up of AP and AR outsourced activities, producing daily reports and analysis of KPIs
• Assist with external, internal, statutory, tax and title audits
• Customer and vendor balances reconciliation
• Assist with any other ad hoc projects
