An innovative scale-up in Spain is offering an internship opportunity in their finance department. The ideal candidate will be involved in optimizing operational processes and will have a chance to develop technical skills. Candidates should possess a business or engineering background, strong analytical skills, and be fluent in French and English. Competitive remuneration and a supportive environment are provided.

Your responsibilities
  • Optimization control and automation of operational processes in the finance department to ensure their proper execution (in collaboration with the tech and product teams)
  • Creation of dashboards / analyses to track business performance and processes
  • Documentation of processes implemented
  • Ad hoc assignments for top management related to business monitoring

Your profile
  • With a background in business or engineering you have initial experience in project management and/or operations ideally within a start‑up.
  • You have strong analytical skills and genuine problem‑solving abilities.
  • You are independent and rigorous with a strong appetite for teamwork.
  • You are a native speaker or bilingual in French and fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
