Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a Finance Manager based on-site in Malta. You will own the finance function for the organisation's largest entity, reporting to senior group finance leadership and partnering with international stakeholders to drive financial performance.

You will lead and develop finance teams, oversee accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, tax, IFRS compliance, and statutory reporting, while implementing best practices and controls across cross-border

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing full finance function in international or multi-entity org.
• Experience leading finance teams and managers.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and statutory reporting experience.
• Cross-border transaction and intercompany experience.
• Proven ability to advise senior management on financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial management of the entity and provide strategic oversight.
• Develop finance teams and ensure effective delivery and improvements.
• Oversee AP/AR, cash flow, banking, and general ledger with controls.
• Manage cross-border financial processes and banking relationships.
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting per corporate standards.
• Ensure IFRS compliance and VAT/tax obligations.
• Coordinate audits and statutory requirements with stakeholders.
