Amicus has recently partnered with an exciting Web3 start-up who are building a fast and cost-effective EVM-based blockchain.

They are currently searching for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the company.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise the financial operations infrastructure of the company.
• Process fiat and crypto invoices, payments and reimbursements.
• Determine financial requirements for operations and budgets for various departments.
• Prepare financial statements to meet reporting requirements.
• Maintain and update the finance departments SOPs to reflect current practices and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; advanced degree or CPA/CFA certification preferred.
• 5+ years experience in financial management, preferably in a start-up environment.
• Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of treasury management and asset diversification strategies.
• Ability to develop and maintain financial SOPs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Experience in crypto payments.
• $80K-$120K base salary + tokens.
• Fully remote.
• Unlimited PTO.
