Job summary

Glovo Group in Barcelona is seeking a Finance & Strategy lead for its Quick Commerce division. You will own the Q-Commerce P&L and drive the growth agenda with a sustainable, profitable model.

You will partner with central finance and country teams to identify profitability opportunities, lead end-to-end projects, and manage planning and reforecast cycles. The role blends finance rigor with strategic insight to shape a fast-growing vertical at Glovo.

Responsibilities

• Understand Glovo's Q-Commerce economic model and P&L.
• Identify profitability opportunities and drive implementation across countries.
• Be the primary finance and strategy contact for local stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end projects (masterplan, BP process, 5-year planning) and present to senior management.
• Manage the Business Plan and reforecast processes.
• Conduct strategic analyses such as competitor benchmarking.
• Foster partnerships across the organization, especially with country leadership and central finance.
